Yes. I agree with you all. My point was there's no point in complaining here about something you were never offered. Just because you think it's simple and obvious doesn't mean that someone else does. If you think it's a reasonable enough thing then call Paradise Customer Services and ask them. Better still, write a letter. If you don't get what you want then find another ISP that will give it to you.
