Mine is fine. I checked my ftp logs for last night too, and everything was
going up as it should.

I did send a message to this list on the 12th Oct, asking about browsing
problems "The document contains no data", and a few people stated they had
the same problem. I did not call Paradise, and there was nothing on their
network status page. On the 14th October there was a Yellow status for
national and international browsing, and indeed I was still noticing
problems.

The thing the other night was a scheduled outage. I am not unhappy about
that because I read about it on the ISP homepage and knew it was going to
happen. I have not noticed any other problems since then.

I suspect that the problems last week were caused by tinkering and testing
in advance of whatever was planned for the outage period. I also expect
some fallout now because of that. I have not called Paradise as I don't
currently have a problem, however, if I do then I can point out the other
problems just so I can say this is not an isolated incident.

I guess this is as good a place as any to collate reports about the cable
service, but don't forget, we are just a small percentage of Paradise's
customers.
