Look i'm only thinking of recycling here but if you give (blah blah) ezypc a call (look in yellowe pages under computer recycling) chris will surprise you with what he has (or might have). plus you could talk him downward in price i'm sure.
last time i spoke with him PII / PIII 300 - 450 cpus cost $400 latops that is with @ 2 - 8 gig hard drives. don't know what it is you want it for but ....
