Good idea except that it's a brand new server tower with suitable power supply. My brother has the same tower with an extra hard drive and 3 additional DVD writers and has no power problems at all. I'll play a bit more on the weekend and if I don't have any luck I'll swap the motherboard on Monday. Thanks
