Telstra 2Mbit down/2Mbit up, 10GB, incl line rental $102. Good chance of static IP (though I haven't checked). Latency close to the floorboards, and a modem which is only restricted in capability by the features of your Linux kernel. Extra traffic 10 times the price of Orcon's. $17 more though, less if you can make do with less traffic.
