the video is here:

http://www.freedesktop.org/~davidr/xgl-demo1.xvid.avi (60 M)

and on my server at work (if all else fails look under your nose)

I can shove it on a cd if anyone desires.

Clarification: this is a video demo of the XGL X server, a fancy 3d x
server with all sorts of cool effects. IIRC novell are heavily involved
(the demo certainly features their name on the desktop). I played the
video during the break at the last (February) St Albans CLUG session.

Clarification2: the kororaa live cd that Steve has downloaded is a
live-cd version of the desktop, for those who want to play. It is
available here:

http://getkororaa.com/ or presumably by asking Steve or me nicely
accompanied by usual bribes :-),

And Jim: yes the video window(s) update as they are being moved around,
including around corners onto the other surface of the cube.
