Thanks for the informative talk you gave last night Volker. I have shied away from dedicated photo album software since my experiences 6 years back with Kodak...digiKam would appear to offer some useful features that I am now keen to try out thanks to your talk.
Appreciate your efforts in putting the talk together. And as a footnote: Would people within the audience kindly refrain from having extended private conversations whilst the speaker is speaking...it makes it damn hard to hear the person one comes to listen to....and frankly is plain rude. If you have some useful information to pass on please make it known to the speaker and share your comments with everyone in an orderly fashion...gripe!..and as for people who forget to turn their cell phones off well...my apologies once again!
