I need to say although I installed suse a while back it was my first foray into anything under than DOS and windows so all thes commands are totally foreingn to me as yet. to enter terminal I go to the menu and open up konsole the fonts are incredibly small and although I can enlarge them it wont stay that way. just to digress a bit how do I set the default font size in konsole to something that is big enough to read. ? Also I am not totally sure about how to login as root. Please can you clarify that ? regards Reg
