I hope that's pap-secrets, not pap_secrets! The correct format is...
username * password ie zl3kr * password 1 line, no dots - unless they're part of the name - these should be exactly ( case sensitive ) what you use in the username and password fields in windows, with tabs between the 3 fields. The middle one is a *, which is a wildcard, and tells the program to use these credentials on every server you attempt to authenticate on, which is ok when you have only one ISP you're phoning.
