I have a presence in the UK which routes directly here. The main problem is the 
joke 128k upstream part of adsl, which means you need to shut everything else 
down. The latency is usually just noticeable half way round the world, but 
every now and than I apparently sound like Donald Duck. I use analog equipment 
through a digium tdm-400 card.
