Yes, it's I2C. The EEPROM is an Atmel 24RF08. The software is from allservice.ro, but I don't know if it is just a general EEPROM dump program, or whether it incorporates any funky access protocol. I'll see if I can get hold of a desktop to run it on. Yes, the laptop is worth less than $200, but it all works, and it's a shame not to be able to use it. A
