Good advice. The playful types could attempt to download a binary package from mozilla.org, or try an opensuse.org factory one - though given that ff 2 was only released 5 days ago, it's probably not yet there. Otherwise, wait and hope SUSE will provide ff 2 as an update for SUSE 10.1. If/when that happens, it'll show up in your yast online update. Sorry there's no easy graphical solution to this (yet). Web browsers tend to have a large number of dependencies on plugins and whatnot, so it's not just installing a single package.
