Well no not really, but I have tried a few different clients both under XP
and Suse and I must say that so far Ktorrent has given me the least trouble
and seems to chug away quite smoothly on my OpenSuse machine with only minor
tweaking. It still lets me do every thing else without reporting timeouts
all the time like others did no matter how much I tweaked them. I was going
to try your suggested r torrent, but ktorrent seems to be doing fine so I
will leave it at that for now.

I guess my only questions now are more general ones about speeds. If a
person supposedly has a 256kilo bits per second connection, why does it only
ever do at most 30 kbs off a web based download? And currently under
ktorrent I seem to average only about 8 or 9 kbs?

Regards
Reg
