neighbourhood find out about this, they;re gonna annoy the hell out of
you.

9:00 am *bing* "Honey we have some mail"
9:01 am hmm weird the box is empty.

9:10 am *bing* "Honey the letterbox rang again"
9:11 am hmmmm no mail here.

Repeat until annoyed!
