If you did a whois 203.97.119.70
 it would tell you that that IP (me) belongs to Telstra clear.

I can't do  a whois because i was foolish enough to install suse10.2 which 
lack such basics.
But anyway, just cause telstra own the IP, doesn't mean that it is one of 
Telstras machines doing the pinging
