While we're on a book recommendation drive, who's read The Inmates are
Running the Asylum by Alan Cooper? It's a superb book, I highly recommend
it!!

I also recommend (and have just finished) Alistair Cockburn's "The
cooperative game" in which he applies game theory to software
development. Bits of the book are too theoretical for me, and other
sections were (well informed) opinion, but in the main there's some
very sound ideas and practices in there.
