Xtra is a subdivision of Telecom. If Telecom wanted to keep as much
content locally as possible, they wouldn't have let a subdivision
move their high-traffic web and email servers to Australia.

Of course, this is assuming common sense on the part of Telecom. Might
be a dangerous assumption.
