It's an issue I've had once before around a year back it booted up two
or three times then sorted itself out. This time it hasn't 

Out of interest did you have an issue with the wireless connection
(ath0) switching itself off at odd times? I get this every so often the
only work around I've got is to restart the machine and press the
wireless button on startup
