Ok, Google isn't helping me here. I want to convert mp3 audio files to mp4 file format. I have found that mp4 is a container format for other kinds of files (including, but not limited to, mp3). I have found the warez d00dz who want to sell me programs to do this is windows, but... where are the Linux utilities?
Anyone done this? Once the mp3 is converted to mp4 I can send it to my mobile phone with BlueTooth and maybe I can play it. Thanks in advance, Andrew PS The bluetooth adaptor I got here is tiny- it is a USB plug with a 5mm long blob on it. It barely sticks out from the side of the laptop. Oh, and it's a brand-new product, but is properly detected with Mepis, so must be an established chipset, just shrunk.
