Any mini-ITX board will do that job, maybe getting a bit tight at 10W though. There are nifty little DC/DC converter modules available which you feed with 12V and which produce all the mobo voltages. They plug straight into the mobo. I can dig up details if you're interested. Sold by various outlets in NZ. Soekris will work too and has probably a lower power consumption, but it's pretty special, uncommon, expensive, and not sold in NZ.
