Hi, kopete crashes when logging in to the msn network, a commonly
reported issue at the moment for kubuntu gutsy users, the issue is
described here and there is a fix:

The problem being that this is for 32bit - GDebi (the new package
installer) reports " error: wrong architecture 'i386' " which is
understandable given I'm an AMD64 installation. This is the same issue
I currently have with installing skype and there doesn't appear to be a
64 bit skype.
I've attempted to locate 64 bit versions for both these issues
unsuccessfully. Is there some solution to this or some way of working
with/around this issue?
