Agreed. Quite disappointing. 4.0 was bad and ought to have still been
a release candidate. Some of the art / styling is quite nice in 4.1,
however there are multiple things that are just not right. That and
vmware-server not working with the current kernel is a show stopper with
intrepid for me. When I've got a chance, an 8.04 CD is going in this
box. I am however very glad I've "found" gnome and so from now on will
be grabbing ubuntu distros - note without the k.
