Not actual experience no.  I researched it for someone though.

They are more likely to get ~15 Mbit not 85 Mbit, and performance drops if theres anything odd about the house power wiring.

Also the data does not cross phases very well.

Can create harmonics on the power lines too, which can mess with CRTs and to a lesser extent everything.

Its a suck-it-and-see basically.
