Folks,

I don't know if anyone else has started receiving crap like this, but I'm
pissed:

craigo is a very good friend of mine with an account under my domain name
(pananix.com). He didn't send this, he doesn't even know who covad.net
is.

I've sent this to the FBI, I'm filing a criminal compaint of forgery and
fraud. Whoever this SPAMMER is has stolen Craig's identity, my domain
name, forged both. I'm not amused. This had to be done in a mail server
(the covad server rewriting the from address).

If anyone else has had this experience, let's get together off-line and
push the FBI to investigate and let's prosecute. My domain name is
copyrighted and I gave no one permission to use it for any purpose,
especially for SPAM.

Ciao,

David A. Bandel
