I'm interested only in finding out who the culprit is so I can hit him
with a lawsuit for fraud, forgery, theft of Intellectual Property, and the
like.  Covad refuses to answer my requests, so I've filed a complaint for
the above with the FBI which I will shortly follow up on. I have no sense
of humor about someone purporting to be me or to be representing me, my
company or stealing my domain name to use for purposes of spam.  This
individual belongs in jail (or at least fined for several million $$$) and
that published so (s)he won't continue to do this.

covad is about to find out I'm not kidding.  And I don't intend to let the
FBI drop the ball either.
