I'm not aware of anything that doesn't compile with 2.95.xx.  On the
other hand some things don't work with the new compiler release, most
especially the binary plugins for Netscape/Mozilla/etc. haven't been
produced with the new compiler, so you need to compile the browsers,
at least, with 2.95.xx if you want to continue using the plugins.
