Open source is not necessarily about security at all, IMHO, but about
choice. I've encountered plenty of wide open "open source" programs.
I've even written a couple. File system security, or, more precisely,
file system access control, is intrinsic to *nix file systems. If you
want a wide open file system, this should do:
# chmod -R 666 /
Don't try this at home, kids!
To be sure, I certainly don't understand what you want to accomplish.
