You have a choice, dial-up or broadband access. You just don't get to choose between broadband ISP A and broadband ISP B.

Come on now. That's like saying you have a choice between walking 20 miles to work each day, or driving a car. Its a choice when the options are of a comparable nature. Not when they are night & day different.
