We do quite a bit of IT Security work. Shields Up is OK for what it is, given the parameters it has to work under - it's not bogus, but it is lightweight. Our Penetration and Vulnerability Testers use a collection of expensive proprietary tools and custom-coded scripts. As I recall Saint used to be a good tool and was available for Linux, but I don't see an open-source version on their website any more - it's all commercial licensing. http://www.saintcorporation.com/products/saint_engine.html -- Burns MacDonald Ottawa Canada _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe/Suspend/Etc -> http://www.linux-sxs.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
