How about just checking the terms and conditions of your Paradise account. I used to work for TelstraClear and I know that Paradise accounts are on a four-weekly cycle (28 days) which means you actually need to make 13 payments per year. If you are paying monthly (which many people do when they set up their automatic payments) then after a year you'll be one payment behind. If your Paradise service is part of a TelstraClear phone package, then it is billed monthly, but Paradise on its own is four-weekly. It's been nearly 6 years since I left TelstraClear, so things may have changed.
