The last one I went to, I went to 2 interviews at the agency, then they wanted me to do a brain profile, to see what colour my brain was... this is actually a thing that people believe in (http://www.ucop.edu/ucophome/businit/boi/presentations/2005/05styles.pdf).
And then, only then I might get a shot at an interview with the client... That was the end of my dealings with agencies.
