The very best thing you could do would be to get onto UFB fibre and ditch
the DSL modems completely.  That would give you an ethernet link straight
to your firewall and no modem required.
- note UFB comes with a huawei ONT which is not a router or modem, its a
glorified media converter but you can't not use it.

xDSL is dying, sooner you can leave it the better.

Also, because of Stepahead's status you might be able to get a "business
class UFB"  which has better SLAs, and has a "high priority" traffic
channel.  So of a 30 Mbit fibre, you'll have 2 or 2.5 Mbit of prioritised
traffic.  That's enough for ~20 uncompressed calls.
