What is the best way to mirror an Ubuntu server that runs several VMs to an identical hardware configuration for the purpose of having a stand-by warm swap server.
The switch from live to the stand-by server can be done manually in case the live server has a hardware or other type of failure. After the failure on the former live server has been fixed, I'd like that mirror process to reverse the roles in the configuration, so the current live server remains the live one and the just fixed former live server becomes the stand-by mirror.
