A 992 pages long ISO standard for 80 CHF counts as reasonably easily
available IMHO. It's difficult to make it available online due to its
sheer size. And it seems that ISO has now even reduced the price for the
new ISO 10646-2:2001 from 320 CHF to 80 CHF.
