I warn all of you: this is a huge project. Well if it
ever starts. As nothing *exatly* like this exists there
is nothing to copy from.

I have no experience of making an open standard. Well once,
for fun I started to use \UXXXXXXXX quotation in my java converter
for supplemantary planes because I did not know they will use
surrogate pairs and I was surprised to see that python
started to use it. But that's about it. (Maybe a coincidence?)

I did not really start this discussion to lead it. It is even
a big effort for me to keep track of this thread.

My intention was more like this: I have this future plan
of doing this, but I have my limitations: this is too big
for one person.

I just decided just to share what I had in mind.
I would be very happy if a group would be interested in
doing it, because I think it is something worth doing.

I have a full-time job and I usually only have just a few
hours a week to do GNU programming and this is mostly
spent with Yudit.

Thank you for the enthusiam anyway! This is what will
keep Linux going!
