Hello folks, a neophyte's question: has something similar been implemented somewhere else and how could we learn from it?
<disclaimer> I am not working as a developer. I play around with code every now and then; I tend to get involved with projects like these as a writer and editor. This statement does not imply I am going to participate in this project, provided there is a going to be one.
