Unfortunately, Unicode Technical Committee has agreed to the usage of ZWNJ
also as a non-ligator recently, and recommends using the sequence
ZWJ ZWNJ ZWJ if anyone wants to turn off ligaturing between two Arabic
letters. Fortunately, I do not know of anyone who's using that.
