They have already been defined in ISO 6429 = ECMA-48

provides a few practical examples to show how ISO 6429 works on the
screen. Essential reading for anyone interested in bidi on VT100
terminals.

If you really should see a need to define your own ESC control
sequences, then select one of the private use ESC sequences defined in
ISO 6429 / ECMA-48 for that purpose. But I don't think that should be
necessary.
