I just noted the following ones in the "Misc. Technical" section of the
Unicode 3.2 draft:

23B7 RADICAL SYMBOL BOTTOM
23B8 LEFT VERTICAL BOX LINE
23B9 RIGHT VERTICAL BOX LINE
23BA HORIZONTAL SCAN LINE-1
23BB HORIZONTAL SCAN LINE-3
23BC HORIZONTAL SCAN LINE-7
23BD HORIZONTAL SCAN LINE-9

So it seems we are getting the full VT100 charset after all and we can
withdraw the following ones from the Linux Zone (see /usr/src/linux/
Documentation/unicode.txt):

U+F800 DEC VT GRAPHICS HORIZONTAL LINE SCAN 1
U+F801 DEC VT GRAPHICS HORIZONTAL LINE SCAN 3
U+F803 DEC VT GRAPHICS HORIZONTAL LINE SCAN 7
U+F804 DEC VT GRAPHICS HORIZONTAL LINE SCAN 9
