If you could spare the time, it would be nice to see if it still works
with the patches applied :)

I also have an additional patch, which decreases the time the rf230
needs to switch from BUSY_TX state to the RX_ON state (by requesting the
state change immediately after the radio entered the TX_BUSY state).
Without this patch switching back to RX_ON state takes to long to
receive Ack frames to outgoing frames from the radio. Maybe this will
fix some other problems too. I will post this patch too, when I get the
time to do some cleanup on it.
