Hi. I tried to put some games on my ipod but I had no luck.
Under linux, "file" finds the following filetypes inside the game-package: PC bitmap data, Windows 3.x format, 1276 x -26 x 8 (and similar) ISO Media, MPEG v4 system, iTunes AAC-LC XML 1.0 document text JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.02 JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.01, comment: "AppleMark" RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, Microsoft PCM, 16 bit,(..) and finally MIPSEB-LE MIPS-III ECOFF executable - version 0.0 According to http://forums.ipodhacks.com/showthread.php?p=33359 and http://www.ipodhacks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5602 the iTunes-workaround method doesn't work. Maybe someone has a compatible OS and some money to get one from iTunes-Store and find out whether they even work on an 2g? Greets, max _______________________________________________ Linux4nano-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/linux4nano-dev http://www.linux4nano.org
