Dear Kevin,

I have a number of Questions/Suggestions for you:

Q1: Have you verified the ISO image against its published MD5 signature before
burning? Note that this might be irrelevant as some CDs check themselves or
have the option to do so on boot time. You could try to boot the CD on another
machine to make sure it does work. You will just need to boot not to install
it on the machine.

Q2: What type of media are you using? Sometimes there are problems with CDRW
media and an ISO image will be fine with a normal CDR but will not work
properly with a CDRW.

Q3: Is it possible that you have an incompatibility between your CD Drive and
the media you are using?

Some links I can recommend are:

Let me know of the results.
