Hello again Chad. Ok, I've reinstall RH AS 2.1 and install kernel source (I 
thought it's a configuration or anything else, never thought it's a package, 
found it when I select individual package installation and read each package 
:p), thanks for the info but then I find another problem in the 5th step of 
installation. The manual wrote like this :

5. Install the module:
    insmod e100 <parameter>=<value>

What is the <parameter>=<value> means? Thx.

  Right, but, as I said below, the error you get says that you need to
  have the Linux kernel source installed.  You haven't yet shown that the
  driver doesn't work with a 2.4 series kernel.
