RE: Is DSL or Cable compatable with LINUX?
Hello, my name is spdfrk and I am new to Linux.
I have purchased Open SUSE from the magazine
stand at B & Nobles. I need to upgrad my existing
connection to the internet.
Where I live (Miami, FL. USA) I have a choice
between BellSouth.com and ComcastCable.com for internet
connection upgrades. Both specify that they only
work with Windows.
I want to use Linux but am afraid that if I switch
that I may not be able to use their faster service.
At this time I use windows XP and my ISP is AOL.
Your advise would be greatly appreciated.
