Whatever distro I try it is always slower top resolve www addresses
than XP on my dual boot machine. By slower I mean on average two
seconds. I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong.
I access the Internet via my ADSL router. The contents of the
configuration file, resolv.conf is:
nameserver 212.67.120.148
nameserver 212.67.96.129
both addresses are the DNS servers for my particular ISP, so it
appears to be correct.
Any suggestions?
