No.

Basically, you are asking people to write you a tutorial, for free.

It is really bad form to do this... sort of like asking someone to 
rotate the tires on your automobile for free, or shovel the snow in 
front of your house for free.

Also, it is unnecessary, because plenty of ipchains tutorials have 
already been written, and are easy to find, but just typing 'ipchains 
tutorial' into a Google search box... try it and you will see what I mean.

Finally, ipchains are no longer common... new Linux distributions 
usually use iptables instead. Try typing 'man ipchains' at a shell 
prompt to bring up the ipchains man page, and if you get a 'No manual 
entry for ipchains' message, try again, using 'man iptables'.
