Thanks all for the help. I took out my new memory and installed Linux. Works great. After installing and testing. I installed the other new memory again and I am glad to say that Linux still works.
Have not been able to test my memory as of yet to see if it is good or bad as of yet. Do not know how. Also I have a second drive that used to be my primary drive. It used to be the windows installation. how can I access this drive from my Linux installation. I was looking at some manuals and it seems that it is not mounted. Not sure how todo all of this.
