Good idea. That is how I got my foot in the door... explaining stuff 
that was explained to me, two months prior, to someone two months newer 
than myself.

It helped a lot, really, because it was a reality check... if I knew 
what I was talking about or not.

More than a few times, one or another old-timer had to step in and 
straighten me out.<g>
