Yeah, what is 1 gig nowadays, given the size of modern hard drives? Besides, 1) I don't archive that much mail anyhow. The small amount of email that I really want to save permanently, I save as text files in a separate directory tree, that gets mirrored to my fileserver, and backed up to DVD storage, and 2) I suspect that my email is better protected from prying eyes on my LAN, than on Google's servers, or any other off-LAN location. -- -wittig http://www.robertwittig.com/ . http://robertwittig.net/ To unsubscribe from this list, please email [EMAIL PROTECTED] & you will be removed.
