yes its just sitting there in case one of the other disks fail
(becuase we need redundancy/fault-tolerance/ and 0 downtime)

As we are in the phase of migration from M$ Windows Server based
Email Server(Mailer Deamon) to OpenSuSE 10.3 and Postfix, and thats
the reason I am planning and asking(posting) so that within 36 hours
time, in the light of recommendations I'll implement the best for my
enterprise.
